  We often go there as probably this is the only one Indian restaurant on Darling harbour, as the construction is going on the other side. Amazing place, food is nice. We ordered many dishes including Chicken Biryani, the portion size was huge. Food was nice but the only issue is wait time for food. We ordered and the food we got on our table was after 45 minutes. This happened many times recently. So better go prepared if you are going on a Friday or Saturday Night and order well in advance, be prepared to wait. Staff are nice & cooperative but i think they need to work out on wait time.

  2.5 piece feed. For reference, 1 "piece" was the footprint of a bread roll.
  Wouldn't have minded but the staff were slow both taking and making orders. Seemed to be a lot of chatting in the kitchen. There was plenty of chips and chicken on the shelves which was practically my whole order so not sure why it was delayed, as there weren't many people ordering inside.
  On the plus side the chicken and chips were fresh and hot when I got them

  I did not enjoy my experience, and I hope this reaches a manager. I just ordered through the drive thru and asked for extra chicken salt on my chips, when I went to the pick up window I checked and there was nothing on them, I asked the girl if she could put more on and she said they already have extra salt, I said there wasn’t enough and if she could please put more, she grabbed the chips aggressively with an attitude and didn’t say anything to me and did it, she then passed them back without saying a word and giving me a filthy look, I even said thank you and she still didn’t say a word. I felt very uncomfortable and didn’t not enjoy my experience, I hope this reaches a manager that can talk to their staff because I choose to come to parklea kfc to spend money and the experience ruined the food for me. I’m not usually one to complain but this triggered me as you can imagine. Kind regards

  staff are so friendly and nice here!! probably the best kfc in stanhope gardens they’ve never messed up my order :)

  Arrived 15 minutes before closing tonight on the 24/10/23 and was told in the driveway that they had no products left except for little bits of chicken and popcorn chicken. I enquired why and they said they had ran out of products… Doubtful, just lazy to actually put chicken in the fryer before closing time. If you’re going to advertise being open until 11pm, be sure to properly stay open. Not impressed. I have also sent an email to head office.

  Slow service. Took 25 minutes to prepare 6 pieces of hot rod. No apology from neither staff or manager. The staff and manager behaved like they are giving you the food for free....

  Most times I come here it's been alright but I guess it's school holidays and the staff are not very attentive and absent minded. The service was poor, could be improved. They have a drive through option.
